When life deals you a cruel blow, a question most will ask is why, or why me? This is a natural response and one I have asked a number of times. However, who are you asking this question of, to god perhaps? Maybe, is the question is fruitless and unlike to be met with any response?
Certainly, the question indicates the belief in a higher being, a creator, a controller of the past, present and the future. This I do believe, maybe not a god like figure, but something controls destiny, not one that can be bargained with or spoken to.
Patience. This is the only option. You cannot alter time and you cannot alter your past, present or future, at least not knowingly. Conscious changes may affect the present or future, but you cannot be certain your behaviour directly contributed. Would the outcome have been the same without a change in consciousness behaviour?
If we could look into the future and have the opportunity to make changes to the present, would this affect the future, the true destined future? This raises important questions, is the future planned and therefore, is it unalterable?
